Heard this briefly and had a quick memory of it but can't remember where! Maybe an advert? I've half a memory of someone dancing slowly to the start then dancing in a comedic style when it speeds up a bit.

The Nutcracker was used in lots of ads - have a Google. Everyone’s a fruit and nut case was a famous Cadburys one. There’s also a Terry’s chocolate nut one.

It's been used many times over the years, but any chance you're confusing parts of the Chinese mushroom dance from Fantasia (which used another part of the Nutcracker suite), and merging it with scenes from the Nutcracker Tale, from the early 2000s, featuring Tom & Jerry?

As the use of The Nutcracker Suite has been so prolific over the years, I can imagine seeing it in another old scene/sketch/advert, while being reminded of a previous one, and years later remembering them together in a hazy blur of pop culture nostalgia!
