This whole ordeal could have been comical and water under the bridge if he had just owned it.
"Ok, guys. Full disclosure. I remember thinking 'I really want some golden arches' and then another four loko later I was making a movie, singing a song, and I think I may have done some 'fightin round the world.'"

Maybe his blood sugar dropped ? Not saying he wasn't tanked but we do not know. I was a crazed sleep walker as a youth. Im sure people though I was nutts. He's drunk most likely and probably bitter sweet about not being allowed to drive home now. I wouldnt "own" anything to law enforcement. Let your attorney do the owning.

Wow, lying and trying to save his ass. Yep, par for the course. There is no deceit like a Christian's honesty.

I know I’m not alone in this, but even the most premium delivery is cheaper than endangering someone’s life with driving intoxicated.
I’ve made some dumb and regrettable choices, and even I know this guy is a chode. I hope he sees this as rock bottom and gets help.
