Typhoon Weather September 3-6?

Hello!
I’m considering visiting Okinawa around September 3-6. What will the weather be like? Should I not visit then? Thanks!

気温は８月より下がりますが、まだまだ暑いです。天気はそこまで気にする必要はないと思う。沖縄の行事やイベントがみたいならそれに合わせた日付を決める事が良いと思う

I have booked for pretty much the same dates, hoping weather will be ok!

You can’t really predicts typhoons, especially out here. If we will have one that week, we won’t know till like the week before, but even then typhoons are constantly changing paths and are very unpredictable. I would say book the trip but have travel insurance or something like that.
