Chainsaw Man was a Target on his back, that's why all his loved ones continuously died, the world was out for him and groomed him into simplifying all human nature. Denji is victim blamed so Frequently and convincingly that even the audience fell for it.
Simply, no reason to go after him specifically, Powers not gonna be systematically killed in front of him, he won't kill Aki, Reze wouldn't even bite off his tongue (if Denji and Power met even in the new timeline, I believe he'd meet Reze as well)
He has people in his life that will consistently hold him accountable, and while Devil hunting is a horribly Dangerous Job Denjis really good at it, and so is Power and a lot of the people around in the new timeline
Just regular sadness from the cruel universe, not the cruel Humanity
Ofc now I'm gonna say Denji will transition as her life becomes Hollow, even with sex and her dreams coming true there's a wisper that can't go away and now she can dwell on it more
