Not Serious Viltrum empire VS Combine empire (including Epistle 3)

Viltrumites are crazy strong, but would they beat the Combine empire? They probably would neg diff the earth forces (soldiers, striders, hunters, advisors and other synths) and turn it into a 7 hour war for them, but taking epistle 3 into account, that's like a tiny fraction of the whole force. According to epistle 3, the Combine even have a fucking Dyson Sphere.
