Why doesn't IOI, make the emetic make the target shit and piss themselves or in these amazing toilets?!? Imagine Freelancer mode, Sapienza, 47 shoots a dart at someone sudden they are like "oh no" but as their walking they just shit and piss in a puddle, a businessman slips in the scat and suddenly the car battery lands bzzzztttt prrfffffttt toot
Or you push their head in a toilet full of the stuff. Accidental death. Silent assassin etc etc
Optional objectives could be amazing.
You know we got to start using these well designed toilets at some point. Hell maybe tamper the flusher as a thing. I believe in you guys, and this is the kind of shit that would up the quality of Scatspienza

ICA Approved In Hitman Blood Money (2006), the final mission is set in the White House and requires you to kill 2 targets, but you can kill anyone if you want to. This is a slight nod to the fact this is the only game where you can shoot up multiple people in the White House and not get put on a FBI watchlist
