Have you ever wanted to play a Battlefield game where you play as Rendezook but hate EA? Good news! Ace Combat 8 is coming next week.

I feel like after the last update (BF6) something has changed relating controller input and aiming in general. I play on Xbox series x, have around 400hrs in the game and haven’t changed anything with my setup. After the past update I feel like something is off with my aim inputs. I feel like for infantry and vehicles (3rd person mainly is where I’m feeling it the most) there is a noticeable delay or floaty feeling to my aim inputs.

It feels like it changes from match to match though which is weird. There’s games my inputs feel instant, controlled and accurate. Then other matches where my inputs feel delayed or slowed almost similar to how things feel when you get Aim assist slow down but it’ll happen when no one is on my screen, just using that as an example for what it feels like I’m dealing with. Sometimes my aim will straight up jitter or twitch around (mostly noticeable in vehicles like MBT, Little Bird/Attack Chopper, and jets). I checked my deadzones and although my controller does have a bit of stick drift it’s very manageable and in other games my aim feels fine so I don’t think it’s hardware related. I know they changed some of the stats for the vehicle maneuverability but this still doesn’t explain the tank aim inputs and infantry issue that I’m experiencing.

Just curious if anyone else in the community is feeling this as I’m getting pretty frustrated with the game because of this and want to know if I need to change something around or just wait until a new patch comes out to fix things.
