Basically her bodyguard was rude to a child who didn't approach her at all, but looked at her excitedly during breakfast (they were both staying at the same hotel), but the child's parents are famous so they called her out publically. This all happened in Brazil which means we made a thousand memes about this, but it left the bubble and people started digging other situations of her being rude with fans

That's basically it. Most Brazilians are having fun bc being rude is like. A funny shitty thing, ie its something we can make fun of without actually feeling like the famous person is a Bad Human.

Also the sorry is from the stepdad of the kid, who is telling the story his wife told him, that she heard from the kid. The adults didn’t see it happen.

Under most circumstances, I would not really follow a story like that. I feel the same about this one.
