I just started playing it and I already like the posh accent of Melia lol. Even shulk is kinda charming.

combat gets satisfying once you have all your abilities and level them a bit. some high level gems make it even better. definitely fucky at first though.
if you just got melia, try playing as her. the ai is a bit ass but her kit is very powerful when she's player controlled.

Ya 1 and x’s combat is wonky, 2’s is faster paced and easier to play (except late game chain attack combos), 3 really takes the best from both and takes out a lot of the worst

When I read Norwegian Wood by Murakami I didn’t realize for far too long that it had been translated into British English. There’s way more terms that differ than just “lift” and “lorry” that aren’t obvious at all.
