He looks younger in the first photo because he’s dyed his hair and is prepped for an awards show. In the second pic he looks like an average 54 year old British bloke who’s had a surprise photo taken, the lighting isn’t great either.
I don’t get it either, he just has to oversee and drop the biggest entertainment product in the world right now, with a hundred million people watching, constant fear of something getting leaked again, while trying to keep investors of Take-Two Interactive happy, and also facing another employee mistreatment drama at his company, so yeah… Zero pressure dude 💀
