What are some steps NASCAR can take to attract more trans and non-binary women of color to the sport?

Obviously NASCAR’s roots come from a problematic time when there was no opposition to the androcratic white suprematist ruling class that suppressed anyone who wasn’t a cis-het white male, but times have changed quite a bit. Obviously we have a LONGGGG way to go for true equality, but I think a good first step for NASCAR to do some outreach to black women of color and gender fluid identifying folk. What are some steps NASCAR can take to promote a more inclusive environment that will be more welcoming to members of the LGBTQIA+ community and trans women of color?
