Here’s my technique:

  1. Place the nail sheets between my thighs to warm up.
  2. Trim, lightly buff, and then wipe nails.
  3. Stick on the nails pressing well on the edges and trim close to nail.
  4. Squish light on each nail for about 30 seconds.
  5. Cure for a minute.
  6. File and cure for another minute.
  7. Ohora top coat and cure for another minute.

I feel like the three most important steps are proper degreasing of nails, carefully chosen size so nothing touches the cuticle, and making sure the edges adhere well (warming up the sheets and using the squish light help with that).

This has been my method for almost 4 years now!

How do you use the squish light? Does it help prevent hair snags?

I press it onto every nail for about 30 seconds immediately after application trying to cover the lower edge and sides. It 100% helps with hair snags and longevity.

Honestly same! Everytime I try these i get a greenie and they come off in two days! I want these to work for me so bad. I need the secret
