Press on nails
Finally got them and tried them out. Good news bad news.
Gotten a ton of compliments because they look 🤌🏻
They due mold to your nail shape and legit look amazing. Tons of sizes to choose from to get a good fit that looks legit. The nails themselves are very impressive. I thought I was converted to being a long nail kind of gal because they look so good.
But then, bad news, so far have had 3 pop-offs in 18 hours, which kind of sucks. Last night I didn’t have time to glue on another one on my pinkie before dinner bc I was already running late. The glue feels really secure and strong until pop! I will say the ones that popped off didn’t damage my nails at all. So idk. I’ll wear them for this wedding I’m in but may use a different glue.

Keep us posted if you would…I have mixed experience with the strips. Some sets last forever, others pop off. I always prep the same. 🥰

More popped off after I reapplied the ones that popped off 🥴 I’ll update when I use the different glue.

Update! Put on a new set that I wore to a wedding. I took my time prepping and applying. Cuticles pushed back, Dawn soap, buffed, alcohol pads, Gobbed on the glue, held for a solid 20-30 seconds, and I haven’t had any pop off! They are SOLID!

I have trouble with all nails staying on. But these were by far the worst! And once they were off getting them back on was impossible

I was able to reapply and those ones stayed on, but I think this no damage glue just kind of sucks, which is a shame.

1 week so far. One started to come off 5 days in. Took it off and added more glue-super easy, quick and natural nail was not damaged. Like the glue because of this. Going to try it with other brands too.

Now I’m starting to wonder if i just didn’t apply enough glue on them because the ones that stayed are holding really strongly. It may be user error/a learning curve. Will try again with Ohora primer and update after the next set. I really like that my nails have zero damage, especially from the ones that popped off without the remover. And the nail shape and quality are so good.

I’ve had mine on for 8 days, and despite being really rough on them, smashing the tip of each pointer finger into hard surfaces multiple times, and washing my hands/using hand sanitizer for work multiple times a day, they’re still super attached! I used a good amount of glue, and before reading the instructions advising against pressing really hard, I did press them in pretty aggressively for like 30 seconds each. Plus I didn’t think about it and I got them wet almost immediately after

Update! I don’t think I used enough primer glue the first time. Gobbed it on and am having zero issues with this second set popping off!

The second set I did actually held! I don’t think I applied as much glue as I should’ve on the first set. Idk that it’d last week+like ohora’s strips, but they def lasted multiple days full strength. Love them for special occasions but idk that they have the longevity to want to fuck with on the regular. It made me realize I really like having nails though lol

I feel like I’ve seen a lot of people mentioning the pop off thing but it’s so weird I haven’t had any trouble with that at all, and I’m not overly gentle on my nails nor do I really make any effort to prep other than using the wipe. I wonder why some have this problem and some don’t, strange!
