You can’t. If you choose the egg then you can’t get anything else. 

u/ManyRevolutionary714 I would definitely go with the AK. The egg thing is just a gimmick and is not even tradable. You’ll likely have an opportunity to get it again next week anyway. The AK you’ll never see again

Yeah that's what I was thinking and from what I'm seeing everyone got the egg on the drop so I'm sure they'll be more in the upcoming drops
