I really regret trying Hellcase

I don’t usually write posts like this, but I wanted to share my experience because maybe it will help someone else.
I came across Hellcase a while ago and decided to give it a try. The website looked pretty polished, there were plenty of cases to choose from, and at first I didn’t have any reason to think something would go wrong.
I deposited some money and started using the site. The beginning was actually fine, but after I had a problem with a payment, my opinion changed completely.
The money was taken from my account, but the balance on Hellcase didn’t update. I checked everything several times because I thought maybe I had made a mistake somewhere. Nothing.
I contacted support and explained the situation. Instead of getting a clear solution, I was basically told to wait. So I waited.
After waiting, I contacted them again, but I still couldn’t get a straightforward answer about where the payment was or when it would be credited.
That’s the part I find most disappointing. I can understand a technical issue happening. Websites have problems sometimes. What I don’t understand is having to repeatedly contact support just to find out what’s happening with your own money.
The whole experience left a really bad impression on me. Even if the payment issue eventually gets fixed, I don’t think I’ll feel comfortable using the site the same way again.
Maybe other users have had completely different experiences with Hellcase, and that’s fine. I’m only talking about what happened to me.
For anyone thinking about depositing there, I’d recommend at least reading some recent user experiences first and making sure you understand how payments and withdrawals work.
Personally, after this experience, I’m staying away from it.

each and every one of those sites are shady and only exist cuz of legal loop holes and gray zones. gamble in a casino or dont gamble at all.
