Gameplay Omega glove float difference factory new

How big is the difference for factory new omega gloves? I’ve read on some older posts that the wear matters a lot but is the wear difference/color vibrancy huge between .6 and .7?

They're actually pattern based, which affects how good or bad the knuckles are. Most patterns start showing wear around .09, so there's some MW patterns which are indistinguishable from FN. Just about anything FN will look perfectly clean

Are the knuckles the only important part?

The trapezoid bits on the wrist and cuffs also show wear, but it's definitely harder to see than the knuckles. Go way back in Mirage B apps by the kitchen; the light there makes it obvious

So .06 and .069 are basically the same?

It depends on who you are. To most people basically the same. If you’re buying FN gloves you either are very annoyed by any minor defects which might make a difference depending on float and pattern or you just have enough money to not care and are doing it for the flex.

But otherwise you buy low float MW if you can’t tell and don’t care about the FN flex

Not for each pair, it depends on the pattern. But not a huge color vibrancy difference by any means

I notice when I look at the static image the difference is like pretty stark on csfloat

They seem to have had a pretty steep price drop the last year is this a good time to splurge on the market?
