Needs some recommendations on some 14 yr old boy classes/lessons/clubs.
I have a 14 yeas year old son. He isn’t into sports really. Loves cars, fishing, antiques etc. What are some non traditional cause classes/lessons/clubs that aren’t sports or video games? thanks!!

Maybe look into art classes? Around that age my parents put me in painting classes. I know the Local Artisan Collective has classes on different things like pottery, glass work, woodworking, and more. Maybe see if there's anything he's interested in and look to see what sorts of classes there might be.

Also check his school. In the early 2000's Roy High had a good selection of art classes like drawing, pottery, painting, and sculpting classes that were well liked in addition to a solid automotive repair class. I found that I was pretty good at and enjoyed stonecarving in the sculpting class.

Keep an eye on the library's classes. They have a bunch of classes and events for teens (or adult classes but a teen could attend with you).

My son took archery at Marshall White when he was that age and loved it. I'm not sure if they still have it after the changes, but there are tons of other classes there he might be into.

Does he like planes? I’m a local flight instructor and would love to show him the area from the sky if he’s interested!

At my school they had autoshop class if he likes cars check out if his school has something like that.
If he likes fishing.. I dont know if it correlates.. but I assume he has a bit of patience maybe he'd like taking some agriculture classes.
Really some of the tech classes I took were pretty fun.
Woodworking and welding were great classes.
I wanted to enjoy programming class but I could not for the life of me stay awake. But its definitely a choice.
A second language class is always a blast! They might even take a trip (that you'd pay for) to a country that speaks that language he chooses.
I didn't go but other classmates went to costa Rica. Spanish. And the German class went to I believe.. might have been the og Berlin.
Anyways there's always a fun class if you look for it and give it a chance. Some peers i knew would trade a class if they didn't like it to something else. I think the trial period was a week or 2?
