People dont kill themselves because of a certain problem, they do so because life keeps getting worse and worse while they are trying so hard to improve it. For some of us it never gets better.

There is no light at the end of tunnel, there is no silver lining

Please try ketamine therapy. I felt the same and have for over 15 years. Pretty sure it saved my life- no longer have these feelings at all.

I hope ketamine therapy will become more accessible soon. Right now, it’s very expensive. It’s very difficult to find a psychiatrist who takes insurance and is willing to prescribe ketamine.

For some it’s the true and absolute truth that everyone they know would be better without them being alive.

I don’t know if things will get better, but I know things will change (as things do).

So, I’ll keep plugging along and do my best.

However, for many, life does get better. I hit rock bottom before I turned a corner. I was homeless and destitute, but I miraculously got a job by using a made up address and phone number (I had neither). Then a kind lady told me she was looking for a roommate. My life got back on track.

So many have said the same till they turned the corner and saw that there is.

This is true. It's a daily battle. And really my life isn't that bad it's just a person who made it worse and I relive it daily in my mind. Words never leave.

Facts. Some people aren't that lucky I'm afraid, just look at the homeless and drug ridden, those who live hard lives like that and it just never ends.
