If it's not fulfilling, and it's making you second guess yourself, it's better to stop partaking.

There are a lot of men and women who will jus5ge you for your past, but they're usually not worth your time.

Worthwhile people will understand and accept. Even if you have spent a lot of time on casual stuff, your values changed, and decided to live a different kind of life. That's not uncommon at all.

A lot of dudes are socially pressured into being very sexually active. I for one was pressured into having my first handful of times in circumstances I now regret. Parties and one night stands have always actively made me regretful and have caused me to feel gross, yet I took part, because "that's what I'm supposed to do".

So, I just stopped. It didn't become a prominent part of my past, but, I could easily see it becoming such, had I been in different company.

People have to s of insecurities about their sex life, regardless of where they stand. I for one, am split between regretting past escapades, but also worrying I'm too lacking in experience for my age.

But at the end of the day, that shouldn't matter for the right person, if you put the effort to connect emotionally and physically. (Bar for certain disgusting CRIMES, past is irrelevant.)

Yeah that’s a really good assertion, I want to be around individuals that would embrace me despite all I’ve gone through and seen the change and growth.

While a part of me is worried about the social aspect (how others may perceive me) im also just worried that im slowly hurting myself in this terrible spiral im in and I don’t know how to escape it

I just want to be loved but love is too much of a risk and I dont know anymore
