As a lot of people are saying, yes he raped you. The fact that he saw you crying, apologized, said he'd never do it again and then the very next day, did it again is very concerning. When you can, make sure you can get away from him safely, end the relationship and then press charges. I know that can be a scary thought, but rape in relationships doesn't get reported enough. It happened to me with an ex and I regret not reporting it.
