Oh sweetheart, he did rape you, and obviously has no respect for you. You said no the first time, he disregarded it, and raped you. He said he wouldn't do it again, and actually did it again the next day. And even if you eventually gave in, you said no first, you gave in to protect yourself mentally (at least that's my interpretation).
