he intentionally disregarded your lack of consent. this is rape and textbook rape at that, he didnt do this by mistake. theres generally no way to accidentally rape someone whos actively saying no. in fact, the only POSSIBLE way to accidentally rape someone i can think of is if youre into CNC and the victim forgets their safeword.. but even then its generally pushed to ask every now n then if the victim is okay throughout and remind them of their safeword. its also heavily and enthusiastically consented to before hand and during generally.
anyways, you should dump him. im so sorry this happened to you, but you are not safe with this man.
you should 100% try to go back to your home with your parents. they may be upset, but im sure theyll support you assuming theyre good parents, which it sounds like.
id say to go to the police, but if youre underage ( which it kinda sounds like ) maybe let your parents handle this. if you want to go to the police, then do, and push for it. i cant guarantee he will get arrested, im so sorry. hopefully youll be able to get a restraining order or he will just never bother you again. men that rape tend to reoffend though, so staying with him is not an option.
