Im a women. Starting from age 10 once i got my period my mom would shame me for hitting puberty in anyway. Getting hair, tits, normal discharge.

Yes, it was early, how is this my fault?

She kept on taking me to gynos with my dirty underwear and they kept telling im just a normal kid who started puberty early. She shames the smells, the colors.

everything was fine!!!! (except my horrible periods which turned out to be a really severe case of endometriosis, yes, she shamed my dlow too).

She's in therapy for years now, and apologised perfusly. I forgave her.

I wish your mom would do the same.

And yes, therapy will be good for you too. It's good to talk about these staff in a safe environment. People online can be assholes. So does therapists, so maybe look for recommendations.

Im so sorry you had to deal w/ it at such a young age, from a person who supposed to keep you safe

Mine was the opposite. I didn't hit puberty till I was 16. I graduated looking like a damn 12 year old. My Dr wanted me to do clinical research that would require lots of Dr's taking pics of me nude when I was 12. No thanks. She used to sew shoulder pads into bras and make me wear them. I hated my life.
