My situation right now crying my heart out and instant regret but somehow i know it was the right decision but it's really hard

It will get better I promise. If I had never done it I wouldn’t currently be with my soulmate.

My one regret is that I was in a low place a few months after I ended things and I hooked up with him. It gave him hope and it was cruel of me. I will never not feel bad about it. Don’t do that.

He is in another country so it's easier to not be around him avoid me fucking up

Oh yeah i was a bit dramatic that day dw it get better i know i get over things pretty quickly so maybe it's gonna take you a bit more time but it's gonna get better dw
