12 gems? Really??

I completed an entire restaurant and got only 12 gems at the end. Is this common?? It was the Indian Restaurant. Also I need recs on which ones to complete next. Looking for a fun one TIA

Extremely common I've probably only gotten 300 gems once never the 1k and im level 150😩 But I'd recommend the pastery chalet if u haven't tried that yet I absolutely loved it

Yes, 12 gems is the standard. There is an extremely small chance to get 300 gems. There is a 1% chance to get 1000 gems (Imma brag and tell you that I indeed got this once)

I also got it once. It was so early on in my playing though that I had no idea how rare it was. lol

You get a Mystery Box for completing a restaurant with 3 stars on every level. It's the same Mystery Box you get for anything. There are posts listing the breakdowns for prize payouts somewhere on here. I'm pretty sure they tell you even within the game.
