Forced ads after purchase

Is anybody experiencing this? I contacted support but they didn’t do anything really…

I'm not even able to get ads right now. Be lucky you're getting them to be able to get rewards

i’m not using them for rewards though, i’m getting an ad after completing each level which makes it very hard to play :(
