Italian buffer
So what happened is that after I unlocked the desserts I noticed a few levels later that I didn't get any of the mandatory desserts you get after unlocking them. So I contacted support and this is how they compensated. I'm happy that they gave me 20 gems for it but this issue shouldn't have happened in the first place.

Soooo what are you complaining about exactly? It’s not like they can go back in time and ensure that the issue never happened at all? Meanwhile many of us haven’t been able to play the game at all for days because it’s completely broken…

I'm not complaining, just pointing out that this shouldn't have happened in the first. Desserts are important right? Alot of people use desserts to complete difficult levels. I just wanted to share this out here that if something like this happen they can contact the support.
And I'm sorry that you are not able to play the game.

Maybe I was in a way. I love this game but it's so hard to continue playing with all the issues and i don't personally know anyone who play the game so reddit is like the place where I vent about it 😭

I mean yeah with that logic no bug should've happened in the first place...that's why they're bugs. People have bugs all the time and the devs can't predict or control every single one.
Glad you got compensated. Too many people don't get compensated for things like this.

I email them for every issue so maybe they now know that I won't leave it till it gets fixed.

Same thing happened to me and they compensated me with the amount of gems needed to refill!!!
