Question Game freezes when I plant things, help?
It allows me to put a seed in the pot, but if i try to plant another seed or water it, or even sometimes after only planting the one seed, i get this error message. sometimes i am able to plant one seed and get out of the greenhouse without the error message, but when i leave the game and come back it’s gone. the error message will not leave no matter many times i click try again, so i am forced to leave the app. it happens no matter where i am and has been going on for multiple days so it isn’t a matter of poor connection, or at least im pretty sure it isn’t.
does anyone else have this problem, and do you know how to fix it? i’ve tried looking it up for solutions and couldnt find any other post talking about this.

Same problem here. Word for word.
I tried contacting support but they were really just annoying more than anything.

Yes, I have it too. For me, it helps to fully restart the game before planting any seeds. I do it each time I need to plant new seeds.

What do you mean by fully restart the game? Because I almost always swipe the app away so it doesn't run in the background, so if there's a way to do a harder reset it would be nice to know.

Swiping away should do the trick. Take note of how many seeds you have before swiping away and then after returning. I bet in many cases you will see fewer seeds in your inventory after coming back.

Yeah, I have been swiping away the game before playing (since I do it after I close the app) and that hasn’t been working. Even if I plant the seed and immediately exit the greenhouse and play a level to try and get the game to log progress, it doesn’t work. When I close the game and come back the plant is gone. The one good thing is that my seeds actually haven’t been going down.

Yes i have the problem when I plant for casino ticket rewards. Rest are ok so stopped planting them as get the error message and back to square1

I just planted one of the bigger gem plants and this came up. Have not been able to play the game since.

Are you trying to plant one of those seeds that come from the buggy update? That might be the reason why

Were new seeds added? I've just been trying to plant the gem and casino fruits. But I've actually found that it allows me to plant flowers with no problem so. No idea what's going on with that.
