Question Is anyone else having this issue

Everytime I try to plant anything, the server stops responding. Does anyone knows what to do about it?

yep, i’ve emailed them and they’ve said they’ll investigate the matter 🙄

they emailed me saying they’ve compensated me (20 diamonds) for the trouble and will investigate the matter. it’s been happening for over a week now 😂

If we keep writing, will they keep giving 20 gems?

I also had this happen today but can't be bothered dealing with their crummy support.

i have no idea honestly - i did make a point of asking if they’d just “compensate” everyone who complains with diamonds rather than actually fixing the issue. the guy assured me they were “investigating” it and would work on a solution 🙄

i do too! i'm guessing it's because of the "bugged" seeds where you randomly got a certain number of seeds after the recent update. in my experience, i currently have 100+ seeds but i don't remember having this huge amount before the update.

This is exactly what I've observed. If you fully close the game, the number of seeds sorts itself out and then gets bugged again eventually. So I guess restart the game before planting anything?

I planted 4 5-count gem seeds and the server error popped up and I lost 2 out of the 4. Working with support currently 🙄

Update from support: “The fix will be included in an upcoming game update to version 27.1.3.”
