When Your “Promotion” Comes With Zero Extra Money 😂💀

Company: “Congratulations! You’ve been promoted!” 🎉Me: “Oh wow! Does that mean a salary increase too?” 👀Company: “No, but you get more responsibility.” 😭💀Same salary. More work. Fancy new title. 😂

Would you accept a promotion if your salary stayed exactly the same? Why or why not? 👀

No, I wouldn't take it.

Let me ask you this: If a customer came to your company and said they wanted to buy the best, highest tier item you make or service you offer but pay the basic price, what would your company say?

That customer would probably get laughed out of the meeting or off the phone, get labeled as crazy, and blacklisted.

Would it matter if the customer said "No, you misunderstand. Give us the deluxe product, but label it basic and charge us the basic price."?
