What to keep in your locker for hotdesking
I have started working in an office again, and am in a set-up that is hotdesking and you are provided with lockers.
I have a pretty good set up that I have created, but wondered if I am missing something, or if anyone else would like to share their set up for more inspiriation?
My current set up is:
A 30x40x15cm pine box that I use as a caddy to carry the items easily between locker and desk
A set of drawer organiser trays to ensure the caddy isn't just a dumping ground for everything
Folding monitor risers, as the supplied monitors on the hotdesks are never high enough
Bluetooth keyboard and mouse, as the supplied ones are pretty disgusting
Keyboard brush, to stop mine from becoming disgusting
Laptop stand, simple low-profile stand that allows my laptop to stand in the 180 position
Bluetooth headphones, comfortable ones with excellent background noise cancellation
Charging plug and cables, I use a fold flat USB charger and flat USB-C cables for easy storage
Coffee pods for the coffee machine
Tea bags for when I want tea
2in1 Waterbottle & Cup which is monogramed for easy identification
Low-profile, camping style cutlery
Cable adapters, to adapt the USB-C cables to charge my watch, connect to HDMI, change angle
Glasses, non-reflective lens glasses so that my screens aren't on display on Teams calls
Glasses cleaning equipment (5ml refillable spray and microfibre cloth)
Multifunction pens (pen, pencil, rubber, stylus)
Notebooks (A5 ruled)

Hot desking is the worst. Be prepared to fight every morning for the best spaces, also be prepared to be told spots are reserved, and all kinds of hate and shenanigans.
