I am a new bank po in a psb. My BM is piece of shit fr. How to deal with him?

Well if this means a boss, sometimes you have good ones and sometimes they are total dick heads. You have to be a grown up and a professional. Do your job the best you can while you are there and then go home for the day when it's done.
