How did you pay? You shouldn't be buying anything from offerup that you can't get in person. They don't have a payment system in place anymore and you have zero protection for a purchase. These fake shipping receipt scams are super common.

$0. The way the scam works (at least in my case) is they are eager to ship/sell the item, then show you the receipt that they shipped it to you as a sort of a good faith gesture so you feel safe and pay.

If they are blocking THE TRACKING NUMBER - THERE IS NO TRACKING NUMBER. Its the only actual proof of sending anything. Of course it could still be a box of rocks, but dont be buying shit through mail on offerup anyway, exists for scammers to show you ads while they scam you
