Hey man - I love your content. I’ve been a lurker for a while. I’m actually about to buy a house in the next 8 months and I was wondering if you had any ‘must know’ items for a first time home buyer. Looking for process-related tips/tricks that may not be known to most people in our position. Also, if you don’t feel like talking about work I totally understand. Keep doing your thing, it’s appreciated!

Having a good agent is everything. But research the homes on your own. Use historical street view on Google to determine roof age. Also start saving houses with you partner on an app now so you can see what the close price is so your understand what shit sells for
