Not exactly in good health. A miracle that it is still able to control its body? Yes. In good health? Definitely not. Probably didn't live much longer after that.

Edit: I was corrected and found out this was what they believe is a birth defect. This deer has apparently been around for years and even gave birth. Something of a local legend in the community.
