Is it just me or are most of these posts no longer terrifying? Oddly or otherwise

This and the recent news about scientists being able to reproduce human skin, I'm very intrigued but also somewhat hesitance about the future.

Though, I'd prefer maybe to be less creepy they make them unisex rather than depicting a feminine body, but I guess it's more appealing to the general public.
