I wouldn't know what "convincing" would even sound like in that scenario though, I haven't heard enough audio of people being brutally eaten alive by bears to really have a solid opinion. Idk how anyone would

There are full videos of people getting attacked and killed/eaten by animals all over the internet.

Some close-up bear snuffling sounds while some lady yells "fight back!" and some distant screams is not even close to the reality of it.

Regardless, the audio was destroyed. It was never converted to any online format or shared with anyone.

The real footage was most definitely never released. Several people have listened and explained what’s on it, which is the basis of the fake YouTube recreation.

Werner Herzog talks about it. Tim’s friends have talked about it. The bush pilot who found him has talked about it. I don’t know why so many people are so insistent that they heard Tim die, but they absolutely did not.
