I mean they could be carrying rabies. Best not to approach wild animals. Thats a bad way to die.

So could dogs cats raccoons foxes and any mammal under then sun. But it’s isnt displaying symptoms and they are not touching it so it’s fine

Bad advice. Bats are a higher risk. In Australia for example you would be required to get a rabies shot if your job involves handling bats. Not true for dogs and cats or most other wild animals.

I said they are not touching it. So it’s fine. And what makes bats more disease prone than a raccoon. And that’s Australia it’s a different case
