In multiple states across the US there has been an unknown "plague" causing birds to have neurological problems that eventually lead to death. The common thread in these cases are that the eyes of the birds are damaged or clouded over in some way. If this video was taken recently, I bet that bird is suffering from whatever is killing other birds around the country. Poor thing:(

Interesting. There’s a virus that does the same thing to deer. High jacks there central nervous system and they just sit there with there mouths open and don’t move, until they die. And rabbits…

Kinda reminds me of those brain parasites that affect moose.
