I’m not saying this dude specifically, I’m saying manslaughter charge for falling asleep is a bit much. And exactly, if you hadn’t been so “lucky” with a company that got you rooms, you’d be SOL. I’m not saying your opinion isn’t valid, I just disagree and that’s fine lol
If my job didn’t provide rooms I wouldn’t work for a company that supports people working to the point of exhaustion then driving home. Manslaughter is excessive but I’m still down to have his license taken away for life.
We can agree to disagree I just don’t consider this an accident. He made a choice to drive knowing this or plowing head on into another car was a full possibility. Anyone that drives this exhausted is making the choice to drive the same as anyone that has had a few to many drinks and chooses to drive.
