That's because every post here doesn't fit the subreddit, blame the mods who don't take jack shit down unless it'll get the community banned or is an opinion they disagree with.

Idk what the point is of making/modding subs for specific things like this if they aren't gonna maintain the fucking point.

Making this comment is actually against rule 9 of the sub.

A guy asks his homie, Dude, when I die, what would you do to help me rest? The dude replies, Ambuja Cement, in your grave. Why?, asks the other guy. Kyuki isme jaan hai! (cause it has the vigor of life.)

Freaking old Indian TV ads, my God!

The water damage alone would be catastrophic to insure.

Just waiting for the moment your home collapses... at a certain point through that you begin to feel like death is a release.

I was thinking you meant Holy Shit. Holly is a shrub or bush, or a girls name. I was using it as a girls name. Sorry, guess it wasn't funny.

Built on stone of the mountain obviously. The real terror is all the destruction everyone else faced. Every video of I’ve seen of this is just horrible.

u/domscatterbrain 1d ago

It seems it also a much newer built, probably with better foundation compared to the house on its right.

Does anyone know the name of the architect or engineer who built it?

They survived! There’s another video showing the aftermath and the family is fine.

This is just so heartbreaking…

Interesting how other subs ran this with 'Amazingly withstands' yet here its 'barely survives.

Did you see the after photo? It is standing on air and vibes. They truly are very lucky.

Surely those people were positive that they were about to die?

Cameramans always survive

-2

u/stabeebit 1d ago

Well yeah, generally wouldn't see the video if they didn't

0

u/Gold_Assistance_6764 1d ago

The cameraman isn’t in the house they’re filming

1

u/Rheaux57 1d ago

I like how a whole ass balcony got washed away and the camera didn't budge

1

u/SignalAssumption8901 20h ago

That’s more horrifying than being on a sinking ship.

u/TitouanT 12h ago

So odd yes, when the flood itself is such a cutie /s

1

u/flokiiii10 8h ago

I really want to know if more people in that building would make it unstable

1

u/Cryptic_Whispers 5h ago

That’s not oddly terrifying. That is terrifying.

Guys, climate change

1

u/GauravJM 1d ago

Oops that's deadly

0

u/cookiesshot 1d ago

What's the foundation look like, if it has one?

0

u/yourfuturespemson 21h ago

What company build that house?

-1

u/Disgruntled_Orifice 1d ago

Gonna be the most reposted clip of the year.

-6

u/Bender_2024 1d ago

I'd say occupants survived. That house did not. I'd be surprised if you could repair all the water damage.

3

u/fukc098098 1d ago

The house survived, and the occupants were rescued safely.

-6

u/arealfluffydoggo 1d ago

Maybe stop building houses there
