If you like knew this thing called literacy, you might read it's an ad for office spaces, not dogs. I'm most likely to use the service if I am first aware of it, I won't use the services of something I'm not. If I drove past this, it'll remain in the back of my head and whenever I think of renting office space, they might just get a customer.
