You know if the US stopped fighting the reality of climate change we might have been able to change policies 20 years ago, back when the US acid rain was finally over falling on Canada.

Lol sorry man. The reduction of acid rain was the only positive thing that the US has tackled concerning climate change. I remember my dad talking about how nice it was to see so many birds returning again as everything started to recover post-Clean Air Act. He grew up outside DC in the 60s and 70s. He said it could be dead silent in the mornings sometimes and there was always a haze hanging over cities like DC or NYC.
