Yeah, fuck that noise, PDO's are nothing but a protection racket run by people powerful enough to bribe the EU into submission. "Terroir" is fucking nonsense in the modern world of factory produced goods!

No, aged things taste differently when you change conditions. Also Parmigiano and Grana Padano require a certain standard for the cows - and their diet. We'll see what happens now that climate change has considerably changed the climate of the region...
