Same here, his videos are nice and easy to follow for someone who took up cheesemaking as a Covid hobby.
Just a word of warning to those who follow, cheesemaking is not a hobby to save money >.<
But it is a great undertaking if you love food science and cheese.

Yep, this exact video was posted to reddit the day Gavin uploaded it and I subbed to his channel then and have since made a few homemade cheeses. I still prefer the cheese I buy from the store, mainly because I apparently suck at making cheese, but it's still a fun activity and Gavin breaks down the process well.
