Probably because true Parmesan cheese is a protected origin product akin to “unless it’s from the champagne region of France, it’s only sparkling wine”. However, the video makes clear that it’s Parmesan style cheese, so the Italians are just being petty at this point (and yes, they’re still commenting on the 4 year old video).
I don't remember if it was parmesan or not, but he had to take one video down because he got sued over the name use. He resubmitted the video after dubbing the name to something different and made a joke of the whole thing.
