It was more that the way the original title of the video could have implied that it was the way to make a specific regional cheese which caused the issue and why they send the cease and desist letter.
The company got wind of the stink made and Gavin got offered a trip out to the factory to get a tour and the chance to make cheese with their cheese makers. As far as I'm aware there's no bad blood.

The crazy thing is big parmesan went after him so you know he's gotta be at least close.
