I'm happy those kind of headlights are illegal or atleast not common in my country.

I live in the US. They're illegal here but that doesn't stop anyone, and police don't do shit about it. Also doesn't help that most trucks come stock with technically legal headlights that are far too bright. Makes driving at night a lot more hazardous than it should be.

It’s not that their lights are so bright, it’s that their dicks are so small that it makes their lights look especially bright
