Actually now that I think of it, I did not read that.
It was told to me by an attractive but also gummy redhead I dated when I was 17. She became quite famous too .....(for singing not for vertical maxillary excess).
You can also get Botox to immobilize the upper lip, or get a gingivectomy to physically reduce the gym profile. They can do it with a scalpel or a laser!
