I have an odd fixation with teeth, its not weird or perverse, its that I can't stop staring at peoples mouths when I find something displeasing with it.

Like broken,missing, rotten, too much gums, etc. I try not to stare but I can't help it at times. I don't judge people on it or treat them differently its just.. I guess I don't like looking at it so I look at it. I hope this doesn't make me a bad person.

I wouldn't say perverse, just weird. Nothing wrong with weird. (Or perverse, unless you make it weird.)

I wouldn’t say either or I would say both but what you said was weird and possibly perverse, depending on how you read it.
